This style of painting I named “Thought Paintings”. The reason is because I wanted to experiment with the concept of making “screenshots” of my thoughts over a period of time and then capturing them in one painting. As you might see the thoughts and thus story lines have nothing to do with each other.. because the thoughts were all from different moments but are now forced to have a dialogue with each other because they stuck in one painting. What do you think? . . #art #josephklibansky #painting #contemporaryart #newpainting

Making your own paints somehow ads some extra soul to a painting.. as if it’s more part of you then when you would buy a paint.. 💭 I definitely don’t make all my paints.. there are some amazing colors out there. But this gold is my own.. it’s magical . . #paintings #artsxdesign #artcontemporain #josephklibansky

I’m currently experimenting with the effect a different shape of canvas has on an artwork and on the viewer.. does it distract? Or does it ad something to the story or feeling a painting has.. in this piece you also get a glimpse of the new pastel colors I’m working on.. let me know your thoughts.. 💭 . . #pastel #pastelaesthetic #newpainting #contemporaryart #josephklibansky

I’m proud to show you the first picture of the small “White Universe” in bronze. I’m always excited to share my 3D designs or “renders” as we call it. But to see the first real bronze sculpture after a year of sketching, modeling, casting and grinding is always a special moment 🙏🏻 let me know what you think 💭 . . . #contemporaryart #art #sculpture #nasa #astronaut #josephklibansky

“Reflections of Truth 1” My first sculpture in the “Reflections” series. Expresses the concept of craving for success while remaining truthful during this journey. The diamond in this sculpture is the symbol for succes, while the Pinocchio figure asks questions about being honest and having self reflection. . . #kunst #art #contemporaryart

It takes many weeks of handwork to sand and polish in between all the lines of the bronze hairs, more often then none do we encounter impurities in the metal. Then we have to drill hundreds of holes and to remove these impurities, like dentist work.. then fill these by welding them and start the grinding and sanding again. To finish a sculpture like this usually takes 5 to 6 months of only metal work. . . #sculpture #art #contemporaryart #josephklibansky
